Refund Policy

This policy explains when ZeroSort Pro license purchases may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

The short version

Refunds are available only when the license key has never been activated. If a license key has already been activated, it cannot be refunded.

Eligibility

You may request a refund only if the ZeroSort Pro license key connected to the purchase has never been activated.

Once a license key has been activated on any machine, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

How to request a refund

Contact ZeroSort support with the email address used for purchase, your order ID or receipt, and the license key connected to the purchase.

We may ask for a short description of the issue so we can verify the purchase, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Payment processors and banks may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.

When a refund is approved, the related unused Pro license key is marked as refunded and cannot be activated.

Exclusions

Purchases made through third-party stores, marketplaces, or resellers are governed by that provider's refund process and policies.

We may decline refund requests for activated license keys, requests tied to abuse or policy violations, or requests where the purchase cannot be verified.

Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy as ZeroSort, payment providers, or legal requirements change.
