By downloading, accessing, or using ZeroSort, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, desktop app, account features, license services, or update services.

Accounts created on the ZeroSort website are used to purchase and manage license keys. The desktop app itself does not require login. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your website credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or restrict accounts when needed to protect ZeroSort, enforce these terms, respond to legal obligations, or prevent misuse.

ZeroSort may provide free and paid functionality. Pro features are activated with license keys, and license keys, activation limits, update access, and supported platforms may vary by release, purchase, or distribution channel.

You may not share, resell, bypass, tamper with, or misuse license keys, activation systems, update services, or other access controls.

You keep ownership of notes, files, prompts, folders, tags, and other content you create or import into ZeroSort. You are responsible for having the rights needed to store, process, sync, export, or share that content.

You grant ZeroSort the limited permission needed to operate features you choose, such as displaying local notes, generating AI output, creating exports, applying updates, or syncing through your configured storage provider.

AI providers, model endpoints, S3-compatible storage providers, operating systems, and other external services are not controlled by ZeroSort. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, policies, pricing, and limits.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review generated titles, summaries, classifications, translations, charts, and other outputs before relying on them.

Do not use ZeroSort to break the law, infringe others' rights, compromise security, distribute malware, overload services, evade restrictions, or interfere with other users or systems.

ZeroSort is provided as-is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, data recovery, or that every generated result will be correct.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroSort will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

We may update these terms as ZeroSort changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
